Why Private Lessons are Right for You

Why Private Lessons are Right for You

Ever feel like you aren’t getting exactly what you need during a group fitness class? I love teaching and taking group classes and I can still definitely feel like this at times! It is nearly impossible to get one-on-one attention in a group setting, which is why I love private lessons. For some, this may feel like a far off luxury, but I am here to tell you private sessions are for everyone and why they are the right fit for you!

1.) Personalized Program. You can’t get more one-on-one than literally being the only one! With my private clients, I like for them to tell me exactly what their goals are - increase flexibility, recover from back injury, gain upper body strength, work on functional fitness, etc - and tailor a program just for them. Through this, we are able to achieve more focused results and reach their goals in quicker time.

2.) Accountability. A lot of my private clients comment on how much more accountable they are for their own personal lessons than they are for group classes and how much more effort they put into them. Sometimes it’s easy to skimp out during class when you know the instructor is dividing her attention among multiple people, but when you know she only has her eyes on you, you take it up a notch or two! If you thrive off of others’ energy, you can turn your private lesson into a semi-private and have a friend or two join you!

3.) Scheduling Made Easy. When doing private lessons, you have much more flexibility in what days, times and frequency is right for you! Maybe the group class schedule only has evening classes and you prefer mornings, than a private lesson would be perfect! Or maybe you prefer starting and ending your week with a lesson, you have the flexibility to do that! I cater to my clients schedule and what best works for them and will help them achieve their goals.

Private lessons are a great option for anyone looking for a more personalized program, one-on-one attention, accountability, or a private class tailored to their specific scheduling needs. You can even invite your friends and family to join if you prefer a semi-private session and split the cost! Private sessions make for a great stand-alone fitness regimen, or an added bonus to your group class routine!

I currently only have two spots open for private clients, so if you are interested, fill out the form here and I will be in touch! Mention this blog and you will receive 25% off a single session or a 4-pack!

Cheers,
